I am a third-generation Californian, living in Vallejo with my wife and grandson. I have two adult children.

I graduated with a B.S. in Genetics from U.C. Davis in 1972 and with a D.V.M. degree from U.C.Davis in 1976. After a short time in practice in Sebastopol, I purchased All Creatures Veterinary Hospital in Vallejo in 1977. I provide medical and surgical care for all small pets, and provide a comprehensive pet health web site at www.petdoc.ws.

I am a past president and am the Peer Review Chairman of the Napa Solano Veterinary Medical Association; a past president of and web master for the Vallejo Rotary Club; a founding member of the Solano Pet Emergency Clinic; a charter member of and the Veterinary Advisor for the Humane Society of the North Bay; and a member of the Solano County Animal Care Advisory Committee.

I have served on a number of Vallejo City Unified School District Committees and have been active in many other community activities. I am a member of the Napa Solano Veterinary Medical Association, California Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Association, Association of Veterinary Allergy, and Association of Avian Veterinarians.
